IntelliJ IDEA font size of menu too large

Hi,
I updated IntelliJ IDEA from 2019.1 to 2019.2.
Now i noticed some issues with the font size of the window. Everything is too big now. (It should have same size as the Task bar)
I am running Lubuntu within a Virtual Box Machine on Windows.
Where can I decrease the font size of the window? (btw. Loading screen is also too big)

I found a way to decrease the font size,
by setting it 9. Like it is described here:

Please check File | Settings | Appearance & Behavior | Appearance > Override default fonts option for all IDE fonts except Editor and File | Settings | Editor | Colors & Fonts | Font for default Editor font. Try to set them to some lower values.
But it is still too big. All the Icons are way too big. There is too much padding in between the items in the Project Folder tree.
