2019.2 can't remove notification
After upgrading this morning to phpStorm 2019.2, I get a notification that Windows Defender might be impacting my performance. But the Fix and Action links at the bottom do nothing so I can never get rid of the notification.

"Fix" worked for me just fine (I've used it after IDE finished indexing and PC was not busy by anything else): IDE launched elevated permissions helper and it set an exclusion rule in Defender.
If you want to get rid of this notification in the future: configure how it should appear/disable in "Settings (Preferences on macOS) | Appearance & Behavior | Notifications". Not sure which one though (as I have excluded root folder for all web projects and do not see this popup anymore) .. but I believe most likely it would be either "System Health" or "System Messages".
I rebooted my whole system and then the Fix and Actions links worked. Thanks.
