Pycharm can't create new Jupyter Notebook file .
I am using PyCharm commuity 2019.2
I used to right click folder to create a jupyter file .
But today I can't find "create jupyter notebook file".in menu.
And the .ipynb in PyCharm look just like this
Is my PyCharm have bug ?
I use PyCharm commuity 2019.1 before ,but this version not working , then I update version to 2019.2 ,also not working.
Have any idea ?

Hi. I had exactly the same issue.
After I chat with the PyCharm tech support, It turns out that the 2019.2 update disables the Jupyter plugin automatically.
You just need to manually turn it on.

What's your PyCharm version? Is Commuity version ? Or Professional ?
I suspect community version remove this feature
Community version does not support Jupyter Notebooks starting from 2019.x
