IntelliJ Window not rendering correctly

Hi forum,
I updated my Windows to 10.0.17763 Build 17763 and also installed IntelliJ 2019.2 yesterday. Today, my IntelliJ doesn't draw correctly. Does someone else experience this problem:
(of course it's not about the red lines but about the missing menu etc.)

For me (on macos 10.12.6), since updating to 2019.2 I no longer have a title bar and the OS window control buttons overlay the navigation toolbar:
