2019.2 - ` (AltGr + 7) character not working anymore

Since the WebStorm last update, the AZERTY keyboard shortcut AltGr + 7, which displays ` character, does not work anymore. Nothing happens when I use this shortcut.

My workaround is to copy / paste the character but... it is a little boring.

Known issue, https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-215309

As a workaround, please either use Ctrl-Alt instead of AltGr, or switch boot JDK to this JBR 8 build (1483.58). See manual on how to switch
