No Android Option in Tools in IDEA Ultimate

Hi, 

I am using IDEA Ultimate version with a React Native project, where as I can not find the `android` option under the `Tools`. I could only assign a shortcut for all the commands like `AVD manager`, and open them with keyboard?

Please let me know how to enable the `android` view again.
