The updated intellij IDEA is not letting me type in

Since I updated my Intellij IDEA to 2019.2 version, It is not allowing me type in the codes from the keyboard.

Do you see an error, or maybe IntelliJ IDEA freezes, or loses focus? Could you provide more symptoms? And what is your keyboard layout?
I don't see any error, As you can see from the above screen shot ,on line 14, the mouse pointer keeps blinking, when press key from keyboard it doesn't accept any key.
Do you have IdeaVim plug-in enabled?
