IDEA 2019.2 can not start up

JDK:java version "1.8.0_65"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_65-b17)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.65-b01, mixed mode)
when i update from 2019.1,then the idea can not start up,when i try to run idea.bat i got an exception like:
