Importing/Exporting Keymaps doesn't work (Pycharm and IDEA 2019.2)
Hey, I just installed IDEA and was about to import all my settings from my current Pycharm installation. Both versions 2019.2.
But apparently, both the export/import function (using a .zip file) and the JetBrains settings sync don't have any entries in the list for "Key Maps" and "Key Maps (schemes)" as they have in the past.
I noticed upon exporting the zip from Pycharm that it doesn't offer that option in the first place, if that helps. But I figured at least the JetBrains cloud-synced option would have my old keymaps in there somewhere, but they don't carry over to IDEA.
I finally tried importing one of my older Pycharm settings backup .zip's, and it worked like a charm, displayed the keymaps as an option to import right away. Was this removed for some reason in pycharm 2019.2?

"Key Map" checkbox becomes visible only in case you have default keymap template changed:

And in case keymap has not been touched, there is no checkbox:

I have verified that in PyCharm 2019.2
That's very bad UX - should be greyed out with a tooltip
Thank you for the suggestion! I filed a new issue: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-244264
