Pipenv not working after updating Pycharm to 2019.2

My pipenv stopped working after installing pycharm 2019.2. I get a message to install package requirements from pipfile.lock and when I try to do that (or install a new package via pipenv), I just get

UPDATE:

I tried to downgrade to 2019.1.4. I don't get the message to install all requirements, but I still get the message "pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: The 'pipenv==2018.11.26' distribution was not found and is required by the application" when trying to install a new package with pipenv. :/
