How do I display the source file name?
Display the file name at the top of its source as before.
This issue has occurred to me after updating.

Do you use some 3rd party plugins?
Try starting with default settings by renaming/removing the config and plugins folders https://www.jetbrains.com/help/pycharm/directories-used-by-the-ide-to-store-settings-caches-plugins-and-logs.html
