Text on startup splash is gibberish

Hi,
As of the 2019.2.1, I'm seeing an oddity on the startup splash page. Take a look on the right:
See the gibberish text there? Any idea what's going on? I haven't noticed any other issues, everything seems to work as before, but even after a couple of restarts and reboots the text is still messed up (not the blurring on the left obviously, I did that). Anyone else see something similar?

Removing Roboto fonts should fix the issue.

Confirmed, removing Roboto resolved the issue for me (it also didn't break Dell SupportAssist, which is what had installed the font, so bonus points! LOL)
