Please Help! -- Cannot open/import any project in IntelliJ

I tried to import a project from existing sources. However, there is no response from IntelliJ. I tried using just "open". Noting happen.

I've replied to the support ticket. Please respond there with the logs/dumps attached and describe what do you mean by "no response".
