Failed to open the file in the scene Builder

I have included the scene builder path to the Intellij Idea but unfortunately, when I want to open the fxml file It can't open the scene Builder
and It happened the following Exception
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.sun.javafx.fxml.LoadListener PluginClassLoader[org.jetbrains.plugins.javaFX, 192.5728.98] com.intellij.ide.plugins.cl.PluginClassLoader@30187816
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/sun/javafx/fxml/LoadListener
com.intellij.diagnostic.PluginException: While loading class com.oracle.javafx.scenebuilder.kit.fxom.FXOMLoader: com/sun/javafx/fxml/LoadListener [Plugin: org.jetbrains.plugins.javaFX]

The issue has been reported at YouTrack and will be fixed soon:

As a workaround, run IntelliJ IDEA under bundled JBR 8: https://www.jetbrains.com/idea/download/other.html

Still getting the same issue.
Please attach idea.log file (please use Help | Show Log in ... action to reveal it) to the https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-253834 issue after IDE restart and reproducing.
