PyCharm Windows 10 random IDE position.

Dear All,

I learn and code on a single monitor splitting course and PyCharm 50/50. PyCharm (before the latest update) worked perfectly my computer and memorised window position during each launch. 

Now with the latest update it seems like it shifts a bit each time I relaunch the application, or even minimise and restore the window. A small issue, but I'd like to know if its possible to resolve it.

May I only ask if there is an option to affix IDE position to the screen?
