Run Button is greyed out - How do I activate it?

The run button was greyed out and there was a tan bar on the top saying Cmake project is not loaded - Followed by "Select CMakeLists.txt file..." I created this exact file in the command line in the cd of my project and added it to my project. This cleared that problem and the tan bar but the run button is still greyed out...
