Some keyboard button stopped working in 2019.3
I have just updated phpstorm with the latest version of 2019.3. Many keyboards buttons/commands such as the back button, undo command, etc. stopped working. I have rolled back to 2019.3 EAP and button working fine.

Are those actions recognized at File | Settings | Keymap > Find Action by shortcut?
What OS & keyboard layout are you using? Are you using one of default keymaps?
This works well on Win10 & ENG layout.
i have the same problem and going back to an older version fixed it for me too.
Those actions were recognized in the key mapping. I am using Mint 18 with a german keyboard layout and default keymaps
I have figured out it. The reason is the crucial short mapping. I believe PHPStorm has changed the keymap, and when I have reset it to the default keymap, the issue has fixed. However, I would not in favor of such an update. Now either I have to learn the default keymap or have to update all. Unfortunately, I don't remember all of them. :(
You mean that we have removed a keymap scheme you've been using? What keymap were you using before the update?
Apparently you have a different issue? Please be specific, which shortcut can I use for reproduction, I tried with Ctrl+Z and it still works for me in 2019.3.1.
@Eugene Morozov
Maybe it is a different issue with the similar behavior of bug.
I have downloaded and set up Sublime Text hotkey mapping long before. I have probably used this one https://github.com/dgallinari/phpstorm-sublime but don't remember exactly.
I found just now there is a plugin for Sublime Text hotkey mapping so I will try that one. https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/12551-sublime-text-keymap/
