How to turn off the sound when switch app?

When I try to switch between webstorm and chrome. There is a sound of the system, every time! But not other apps. I can't find the setting to turn off that sound. Please give me an advice, thanks! That sound is the pip sound of system notification.

I using MacOS 10.15, newest Webstorm version.
