Bottom dialog buttons aren't accessible on a small screen

I use 14" laptop for IntelliJ IDEA development. However, after the last IDE update UI layout was changed and, thus, I can't access bottom dialog buttons anymore (and there is no any scrolling ability). So I can't select 'Cancel' or 'Ok' whatever.
How I can change this UI functionality and enforce it to show bottom buttons?
