Up/Down navigation in dialog lists / search lists

I would like to navigate in the Dialog Lists without neither moving the mouse nor using the arrow keys. It's taking too much time.

I would like to just to type my search and then navigate in Vim-Style with  C-k and C-j Up/down. Like this:

1. Open the dialog
2. type your search
3. move down with Ctrl-j and choose the File/Type whatever.

Is this possible?
