Chrome does not find Source Code / incremental Build

I have a Kotlin (JS) Project with an own Project Compiler Output Path. When i do a "Rebuild Project" Chrome Debugger finds the Kotlin Source Code, but when i change a file and do a build Chrome isn't able to find the Source for that File.
