Node.js AWS Serverless Application

When I try to create a new AWS Serverless Application, the Runtime and Sam Template boxes are empty and I cannot create a new project.  

I have the following Plugin installed on my macbook pro:

I'm able to connect to AWS and get a list of lambda and cloudformation templates in the AWS Explorer, but am unable to create a new serverless project.

Not sure what I'm missing.  Please advise.

This plugin doesn't yet provide a full support for WebStorm; please see https://github.com/aws/aws-toolkit-jetbrains/issues/1337#issuecomment-548840015
