Problem with restart after upgrade to 2019.2.4
Hi,
I run PyCharm 2019.2.3 on Ubuntu, 18.04 LTS works fine, but:
during update to 2019.2.4 id downloads the patch, try to apply and restart, then:
Ok is not operating, just X sign close the window and such a message is printed in terminal, that started the PyCharm:
What is missing, any component in system, or should I not to use upgrade procedure in regular way ?

Hello,
Please download and install the IDE again, either from the official site or using the Toolbox App. Your settings and projects will be preserved. When installing from .tar.gz on Linux make sure to unpack into the new empty directory, not on the top of the existing installation.
Yes, it works in this way, but it's not fine that I have to use this method every time for new release. I thought that is problem with particular release or something was damaged in local instance but seams its not ready at all
