Show usage doesn't show js function in php file

Hello, 

I'm fighting with my IDE because when I ctrl+click on my function in my js file, it shows me only the usage in js files :

but I have plenty of other usages in my php files. It's weird because when I ctrl+clic on the function in my php file it shows me the js file.

I did the cache stuff, it doesn't change anything. That works before I don't know what I changed.

Can you help me ?
