RubyMine modifying Gemfile.lock file.

Very often Rubymine is modifying the Gemfile.lock file in my project. This is a problem because the output is different than if I run 'bundle install' from the terminal.
Is it possible to disable modifying Gemfile.lock in Rubymine?
