Refactor variable into class property is not valid

That refactoring ("Refactor | Rename..." action) does not work like that -- it's for renaming stuff (local variable in this particular case), not changing their nature (making class property instead of local variable).

• Use proper refactor action: "Refactor | Extract | Field..." -- see https://www.jetbrains.com/help/phpstorm/refactoring-source-code.html and https://www.jetbrains.com/help/phpstorm/extract-field.html
• Or just use Multiple Carets and select and then edit all occurrences at once if you prefer free-form text editing/or if it's more convenient in specific situations.
