IDEA does not start after updateting.

My IntelliJ Idea(community) does not start after updating.
I try to start it from the ToolBox but nothin happens. I mean that appears preloader and that's it.

I'm was getting the same thing. I rebooted my laptop and then uninstalled and reinstalled.
I fixed it by deleting the configuration for the Docker plugin from 'C:\Users\...\.IdeaIC2019.3\config\plugins'
I have the same issue. After updating 2 plugins this morning the app hangs on the splash screen and doesn't move on. I reinstalled Idea, I deleted
~/Library/Preferences/IdeaIC2019.3
and
~/Library/Caches/IdeaIC2019.3
and I restarted the OS but nothing changes. It doesn't start.
I'm on Mac OS 10.14.6
It's a known isssue: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-224855, it's fixed in the latest EAP version.

I'm on the latest 2019.3. I tried the community linked there. Same thing. It hangs.
What's your JDK? I'd recommend to open a support ticket (top right corenr of the page) and include idea.log.
