Focus issues when using Go To Line dialog

Has anyone noticed a focus stealing issue in recent updates, where using the Go to Line/Column dialog will then switch focus to another IDE project window after accepting the modal dialog? I'm current using Intellij Ultimate 2019.3. Also tested in clion and Goland 2019.3 but the problem seems specific to my IntelliJ Ultimate.

Please, try to reproduce it on fresh installation with custom plugins disabled and file a bug request on YouTrack with idea.log attached. Screencast would be highly appreciated.
Thanks for the reply. Seems to have been isolated to something in my synced settings repository. I could not isolate exactly what it was, but it happened on a fresh install, after sync, but without plugins. I had to start over again and resync my local setup to remote.
