Cannot find the "Hello World" Template

Hello There,
I'm running IntelliJ IDEA Community Edition version 2019.3. When I go to the Create project from template I do not see the "Java Hello World" Template. What should I do to get the "Java Hello World" template?

Hello World was removed as it's almost the same as the command line app: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-190115#focus=streamItem-27-3486715.0-0 .
