How can I use the same keymap in different places?

I changed "replace" to "ctrl + F" since I have been using it for a long time in Eclipse.
However I can not use "ctrl + F" to "find" in console.
Is there way that I can use "ctrl + F" to "replace" in editor and to "find" in other panels?
