phpStorm 2019.3 crash immediately while indexing project
I have tried:
- delete Idea config folder.
- Increased memory
After loading the project, indexing starts and the idea crashes without any messages.

Try disabling all custom plugins. Just cancel the opening of a project to get back to a welcome screen and disable them there:
