No module named pydevconsole

Hi, 

I have just recently upgraded pycharm to the latest version (2019.3.1) for OSX 10.14.6, and I find now that no matter which python environment I use (whether existing or newly created), I cannot load the associated project python interpreter. I receive the following error:

/opt/anaconda3/envs/tf2_py37/bin/python -mpydevconsole --mode=client --port=61019
/opt/anaconda3/envs/tf2_py37/bin/python: No module named pydevconsole

```

I didn't have any issues before the update (my previous version was 2019.1.4), and am not sure how exactly to resolve this problem (haven't been able to find anything online, though maybe I am not searching correctly). Has anyone faced this problem or might know how to resolve it? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
