Update python interpreter in background task every time when the pycharm window active.

I don't know why when I make pycharm window active.It can update python interpreter every time.I am going crazy.Every time when I switch window to pycharm,then update python interpreter,whenever I make this window active,Then update python interpreter, and My Cpu boom every time.I am going to crazy!!!

I update my version from 2018.2 to 2019.2 and reinstall it again and again!

Then I use 2020.1,But my problem still hasn't solved.   :)

Now If I use python 2.7, my problem can be solved.(It wouldn't update python interpreter when the window active)

But I want to use 3.6 instead of 2.7.

Please upload your logs folder zipped from ***Help | Compress Logs and Show in…***  to the FTP

Hi, where Python 2 is installed on your system? Did you try using virtual environment instead of the system-wide Python installation? Could you please also share the list of installed packages (e.g. from pip freeze output).
