Pycharm is continuously building index on Mac

Hello, I am using Pycharm 2019.3. It was working correctly, but suddenly, I have started facing an issue of continuously building an index on mac.

The Pycharm Application is continually building the index. Then I have to restart the IDE, and when I rerun the application, it starts to rebuild the index again continuously unless I restart the IDE.

I have tried the following options =>

  1. I have uninstalled and installed the Pycharm application.
  2. I have also removed all the plugins.
  3. I have also tried the Invalidate Caches.

Can anyone please help me in resolving the issue.

Please upload your logs folder zipped from ***Help | Compress Logs and Show in…***  to the FTP

https://uploads.services.jetbrains.com/   for a deeper investigation of the issue and please let me know the filename.
