Pycharm Jupyter Text Issues and feature requests
Following on a previous post: https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360000094190-PyCharm-support-for-Jupyter-Notebooks-is-simply-terrible-even-after-2019-1
Issue:
1. Bold and Italics texts are still not rendering properly in Pycharm Jupyter 2019.3
Missing features:
1. Can't install jupyter notebook extensions (such as TOC)
2. When clicking on syntax:
[bookmark](#mybookmark)
it does NOT bring you to the internally hyperlinked destination. Works fine in web-based Jupyter but not in Pycharm Jupyter

2 and 3 are not implemented, please submit a feature request at https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/PY
