How to be taken out of EAP?

I liked to be in the EAP program but ever since I am in the program I have to update more often which takes long time and slows down my computer. If I have to do this often I have to waste a lot of time. Is there a way to remove myself from the EAP program?

Just remove IntelliJ IDEA EAP and install the release version using ToolBox, or from our website:
https://www.jetbrains.com/idea/download/

In the dock the EAP remains on the IntelliJ icon no matter what. I installed Toolbox and the version I selected is indeed what's running.
Toolbox has EAP off.
About splash screen looks fine.
That was a bug with icon. It is fixed in 2020.3.1
You can just ignore that until the update is available.
