Title anywhere but the titlebar is "jetbrains-idea" in Gnome

In the titlebar of the window, it correctly shows the project name, project path and path to current file. However, anywhere else in Gnome (Dash to Dock, alt+tab menu, etc) it shows "jetbrains-idea". That way, if I put a launcher with the correct name and click it, another icon will appear with the "jetbrains-idea" title.

How can I change that, so that it shows "IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate", for example?
