Disable Project Tool horizontal scroll

Is there any way to disable the horizontal scroll feature in the Project window (the file list)? It would be useful to have some other approach for large file names/file nesting, like wrapping/ellipsizing the file names (just like in VSCode), that would make the most of the existing space.

this is a problem related to your mouse, not the IDE. I had the same problem but I fix it after simply disconnecting and reconnecting the mouse to the computer.
