'Run Everything' in Debug

Hello,
is it possible to use the 'Run Everything' Hotkey/Action to start Run Configurations in Debug?
Right now whenever I press 2xCtrl and select a configuration with arrow keys and press enter it runs the configuration without debugging.
To save some time and keypresses, is it possible to run these in debug form the same menu?

Yes, you may press "Shift + Enter" shortcut on the selected "Run configuration" to debug it.
