No test coverage information

Whenever I run tests with coverage there is no coverage information. I have Activate Coverage View selected in Build,Execution,Deployment and have tried using Run configurations and from the tests themselves. No errors are displayed, the tests just run the same as normal.
In my project I am using the Junit dependencies from spring-boot-starter-test:2.2.1.RELEASE
I have tried this in 2019.2 and the beta 2020 versions.This is on Windows 10
