error launching pycharm
I received an error while trying to launch my pycharm this the first time am using a 32bits system windows 10, error message is failed to loaf
JVM DLL\bin\server\jvm.dll
What should I do?

Which PyCharm version are you trying to launch? Please note that 2019.x is not supported on 32-bit OS. You can install 2018.x though: https://www.jetbrains.com/pycharm/download/other.html
I downloaded pycharm 18.1 but still the same error message
