After update IDEA 2019.3.4 always want's to import settings on startup
After update IDEA from Version 2019.3.3 to 20193.4 via Toolbox App 1.16.6319, OS kernel darwin 19.4.0 on x86_64 IDEA now always shows the "Import IntelliJ IDEA Settings From..." dialog on startup.
Any Ideas?

What's the full path to this directory on your system?

And actually I cannot reproduce the problem ...

I can now reproduce. The Import Settings dialog only shows up on the first start of IDEA after a reboot of my mac after a kernel panic.
I will do a regular reboot soon and see if IDEA then still thinks it has to import settings ...
Also after a regular reboot of my macos, IDEA opens the import settings dialog on the first start.

Serge Baranov I had a settings repository pointing to a local headless git repo set up in IDEA. I just disabled the Settings Repo Plugin I now can not reproduce the Issue. Shortly I will update to 2020.1 and import my settings there. Let's see if this fixes the problem. If yes I will not open an issue, OK?
