When I press run, nothing happens

Please try right-click on the gotern.py and select Run in the context menu. Do you get the same result? 

It didnt work, instead this showed up.

Please try to create a new venv (https://www.jetbrains.com/help/pycharm/configuring-python-interpreter.html) and let me know if it helps.
