Can not launch Pycharm: After update.
Pycharm community 2019.3.3; Windows 10
After update and restart, didn't restart. Then restart the Windows, also can't launch.
Running pycharm.bat got following error:
Error occurred during initialization of VM
Unable to load native library.
what should I do??? Thanks. I have a deadline.
