Always select opened file option showing up with many methods

When I enabled "Always select opened file" or click "select opened file" then

Package browser move to the file ok. But it expand many methods which included in the Class.

If the Class have many methods (or extended) Intellij becomes heavy and package browser gets dirty.

Are there any options to solve this problem?.
