PyCharm 2020.1 (built in 4/7) terminal is very heavy

After I upgraded to 2020.1, it gets very heavy and almost stops when I do any operations (typing, clicking, or opening/closing terminal) in teminal, using about 60% of CPU.

Is there any solutions to fix this?

There were no problems with 2019.3 .

My specs:

MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018)

macOS Catalina 10.15.4

CPU: 2.9 GHz 6 cores Intel Core i9

RAM: 32 GB 2400 MHz DDR4

Graphics: Radeon Pro 560X 4 GB, Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB
