Jupiter notebook doesn't work

Hi, I use PyCharm Community and want to work with Jupiter notebooks. But .ipnb files open as if they are text files.

Jupiter notebook is not in the file creation menu:

I have a Jupiter module installed:

I don't have a Jupiter plugin:

And I can't create a file association:

Please help me.
