Charm script does not work, because there is not PyCharm2020.1 directory in /Preferences/ on MacOS.

The default location of PyCharm directories has been changed to follow the OS guidelines. Here you can find the new directories used by IDE https://www.jetbrains.com/help/pycharm/directories-used-by-the-ide-to-store-settings-caches-plugins-and-logs.html
Re-creating a shell script from scratch should do the trick.
