No Paste keyboard shortcut for Terminal?
Cmd+V doesn't work... and there's no keyboard shortcut assigned to Paste in the right-click menu:
I'm also not seeing if it's in the settings:
I understand that Cmd+V (or Ctrl+V on Windows) for Paste can conflict with Linux terminal shortcuts, but Mac Terminal allows Cmd+V for Paste just fine, and Cmd+V in PHPStorm's Terminal doesn't do anything anyway so I'm not seeing how there could be a conflict.

As far as I see, Cmd+V is assigned to "Paste without formatting" not "Paste" action.
Actually, this key combination will not work in the terminal window, please try to assign it to "Paste" action first.
OK, that works, but it's annoying to now have to use another shortcut for "Paste without Formatting", as I will never need to paste with formatting in any file I'll use with PHPStorm, as I use other editors for rich text.
Probably we should teach Terminal acknowledge Paste without Formatting too, there was a similar report once: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/RUBY-23384
