How to change system font size

Google says that i should toggle "Override default fonts" but i cant find it in settings. I use IDEA 2020.1. How can i make these part of IDE UI bigger?

You could find it under "Settings | Appearance & Behavior | Appearance"
It would be nice to have a specific session for the popup
Sometimes the popup content is related to type errors, where the error can be quite large and difficult to understand, it would be a good help to have a bigger font for this window.

Hello Serge Baranov! Thanks for the quick response. But I'm talking more specifically about this popup for errors. When the error get too big, it becomes difficult to understand.
PS: I'm using webstorm.
